The successful candidate will join growing Clinical and Customer Service Team to help service Lenstore customers in both the UK and Germany. Comprehensive training will be provided alongside a unique opportunity to work with our in – house Opticians and Optical Consultants. This is a versatile role in which you will assist customers with contact lens order related enquires, and provide advice to by telephone, email and Live Chat. Whether you have prior experience in the optical industry or want to develop new skills and knowledge, Lenstore may have the position for you.Founded in 2008, Lenstore is an innovative and fast growing online retailer of contact lenses based in South London. As of November 2013 Lenstore is working closely with Vision Express to shape the future of optical retail. Our “bricks & clicks” model, combining Lenstore’s online offer and Vision Express’s store proposition, will be the first of its kind in the UK. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experienceNative German speakerExcellent written and spoken EnglishDedication to customer satisfactionExcellent interpersonal skills and telephone mannerSound numeracy skillsHigh level of attention to detailMeticulous record keeping abilityProficient use of MS Outlook (or other email software) Main Duties and Responsibilities Serving customers through all Lenstore’s websitesResolving issues with customer orders via telephone and emailAssisting customers who collect their orders at Lenstore’s premisesAssisting with customer queries relating to contact lenses and prescriptionsAdvising customers on contact lenses, solutions and accessoriesMaking outbound calls to customers, to enquire about the comfort and fit of their lensesAssisting with the management of our social media sitesAd-hoc administrative duties Key Information Location: Lenstore’s offices in South Wimbledon (SW19 2RL)Salary: £16, 000 – 18,000 per annum + bonus (depending on experience and capability)Excellent bonus and benefits packageAverage of 5 days per week on a rota basis, including weekends9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour meal break (typically 8am-5pm)20 days holiday per year + public holidays (if you are required to work on a public holiday, an extra day of holiday will be given in lieu) How to Apply Please send us your CV and cover letter, including the reference “CS-2222”.
