Job title:Customer Service Advisor Location: South West London ( Battersea Park ) Start date: ASAP Duration: asap until end of January 2017 – potential to be extended Salary: £9 per hour plus holiday pay Luxury clothing business clothing company based in South West London is looking for a Customer Care and Web Sales Advisor to join their team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Operations Engage in “Live” online chats with customers on the company websites advising customers on product selections, providing essential information to assist customers with their online purchases and proactively seeking to turn enquiries into sales opportunitiesRespond to Opinions comments and questions within defined time goals, identifying repeated issues which are communicated effectively to the e-Commerce team Process all customer orders, returns, complaints and enquiries including payment processing and fraud screening in an accurate and timely mannerUse stock system to locate and service customer needsMaximise selling opportunities to the customer using current product knowledge to up-sell and cross-sell on any interactionsSales and redemption of gift cardsProvide reporting and documentation in line with current Web Sales Team Process and as required by Web Operations ManagerMaintain knowledge of all Web Sales Team Process in order to provide ad hoc support as requiredOther ad hoc projects as directed by Line Manager or Director (e.g. Head Office Staff Orders)Manage stockAssist with store sales Customer Relations Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations, within the parameters of the company experience, personality and tone of voicePromote the brand through excellence and consistency of customer service to both external and internal customersLiaise with internal and external partners in order to effectively bring customer service issues to a timely closureEnsure timely, professional communication with customers on all issues Support Ecommerce Support of e-Commerce team and functions as required within available resourcesCommunicate any issues relating to e-Commerce to the relevant e-Commerce team members and Line Manager Other To be fully aware of and adhere to all Health & Safety and Fire proceduresTo adhere to all policies and procedures, and to ask if you are unsure about any of them.To be fully aware of the overall goals and objectives of your department and the Company, thereby maximising the role you play in ensuring the continued success of the company.
