You will be responsible for recruiting the future talent for the business and identifying suitable candidates at all levels - Resourcers, Trainee Recruitment Consultants, Experienced Recruiters, and Recruitment Managers. The majority of your role will be focusing on building a sustainable talent pipeline for top recruiters and ensuring we have a strong presence as an employer of choice. A strong interest and understanding in marketing and social media is vital for this role as it becomes more and more important in the way we do recruitment. Work with the marketing department and Directors to develop campaigns and be creative with meet-ups to engage with the recruitment communities in each of our locations. Main Responsibilities and Tasks:. - Identifying talent for the company. - Populating and running assessment centres. - Be the first impression for our brand on external candidates. - Co-ordinate the internal recruitment process. - Carry out competitor mapping on designated businesses and/or locations for direct headhunting. - Occasional travel to required offices and locations across the UK. - Develop our internal recruitment journey and external profile/perception in conjunction with our marketing and digital departments. - Source via various methods including job boards, CV searching, academic institutions and referral schemes and direct headhunting. - Ensure the Talent Database is updated and cleansed when necessary.
