REFERENCE: TSLMC0083 LOCATION:Southampton JOB TITLE: Accredited Programmes Treatment Manager SALARY & BENEFITS: £29,038 per annum WORKING HOURS: Full time THE COMPANY: Our client is a growing Community Rehabilitation Company who supervise offenders in the community, offering services such as offender management and offender services. They support a population of 1.8 million people across the County of Hampshire. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Accredited Programmes Treatment Manager to join their team in Southampton and the surrounding areas. THE ROLE:As an Accredited Programmes Treatment Manager working in Southampton and the surrounding areas, you will be responsible for maintaining treatment quality and the integrity of delivery, so that the accredited and non-accredited programme/s are delivered as they are designed to be, as required by the programme manual and aligned to the Interchange Model, to reduce re-offending rates through sustained rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities to include:Carry out quality control measures and monitor the integrity of programmes, as identified in the relevant operational manuals, including audit requirementsQuality assurance of non-accredited programmes through appropriate methodsEnsure that records and session registers are completed accurately and on a timely basisSample the appropriate number of staff-service user interactions, using video and audio equipment videotapes of sessions as required; live observations (and other QA methods – i.e., SU feedback etc.)Provide feedback to programme staff based on monitoring and reviews, including video monitoringAssess the quality of programme delivery in accordance with the National Offender Management Service (NOMS) audit criteria and Correctional Services Accreditation and Advisory Panel (CSAAP) service user interactions, using Pro-Social Modelling ChecklistsEnsure any sessions that are audio/video taped are stored according to the Data Protection Act requirementsMotivate and support service users with the aim of sustained rehabilitation towards preventing further offending and protecting the publicAlert relevant colleagues should any risk be identified in relation to promoting the welfare of children and adultsDemonstrate collaborative working within the Flex Team; sharing practice and skills, promoting a team ethos and networkingPerform other duties commensurate with the post as from time to time may be determined by the line manager, Director or aboveTHE CANDIDATE: To be considered for the Accredited Programmes Treatment Manager position, you must hold a minimum of two 'A' Level qualifications (C or above) or equivalent alongside the commitment to undertake VQ3 Diploma in Probation Practice or equivalent. You must have achieved and maintained accreditation to deliver programmes as required. Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour alongside the ability to enforce standards and procedures. You must also be trained and experienced in the delivery of programmes as required. Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, a commitment to a reflective learning approach and familiarity with the theoretical underpinning of working with service users are also essential requirements. You must be willing to travel across the Basingstoke, Southampton and Portsmouth areas.
